GigE camera not detected

My camera can’t be regonized by the computer.
I use the GigE camera TIS DMK 33GX183. It is connected via an ethernet cable with my computer.

I followed the instructions to set the IP addresses as described here:

After that, I tried to detect the camera with the GenICam Browser. But the camera is not recognized.

My CVB tool version is 13.02.002 (64 Bit).
I tried it with Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.
