Problem with CR-GM00-H1400 camera and GenICam

Hi,

I am using a CR-GM00-H1400 camera with the GenIcam browser (version 4.330.1280)
When I connect the camera and start teh acquisition, i get the following error message:

Corrupt frames were delivered due to lost packets. Packet resend is already activated. Please optimize network card setting (e.g receive descriptors)

The camera contimues with acquiring frames but also a lot of frames are lost.

Any suggestions?

Probably Jumbo Frames are not activated on your NIC.
