Issues opening USB camera

Hi All,

We have a GO-5100MP-USB which appears to be discovered fine within the device tree and can be assigned into the driver. Upon saving the configuration and coming out of the advanced config the device then fails to open within the management console.

Another thing I did see is that the device is always yellow, from using Ethernet based cameras in the past, until the device goes Green it hasn’t been configured correctly…or thats what I assumed the reason was.

I have also checked that no other applications are running that may lock the vin driver out.

Any ideas?

your CVB installation has a binary call “lsual.exe” in a subfolder (just search for it).
Open Powershell (or similar) and post the output here.

I suspect that there might be a second SDK installed, which replaced our version libusbk.
