Codemeter "spamming" dmesg

I got this on Linux/Ubuntu 20.04.6 (kernel-version 5.15.0-92-generic):

Hi @IngFra,

I can see this is inconvenient, but nothing we can do much about. It seems that not even CodeMeter is causing the message but a system call done by codeeter-info.
You can try updating CodeMeter runtime to the latest version.

Trying CVB 14.01.002 and still get this “spam” in the dmesg-log:

Also, there is an “artifact” in the images now!
Is the license changed?
