I have an issue at a customer site about CVB USB codemeter dongle.
Configuration
- CVB14.0.2
- Windows 11 64 bits
- Codemeter runtime kit 7.21a
Often, CVB doens not see the dongle.
The service codemeter is stopped. I restart it and it have a few minutes later the same issue.

Is it a know issue ?
If yes how to solve it?

Hello Mikael,
Some other users have reported similar issues after installing the latest Windows 11 update as that appears to have broken compatibility with the Codemeter runtime 7.21.

Installing a newer Codemeter runtime 8.30 fixes this issue. They can be found here https://www.wibu.com/support/user/user-software.html
We are in contact with Wibu about this issues and looking at solutions.
