I used the trained search model and classify models to test the same image with the same parameters for many times.
why are the results different?

I’ll need more information to answer this one. What are you doing exactly? You mention search and classify - are you working with two classifiers simultaneously? What does that graph show? What does the code look like?
Generally speaking: When using the same classifier with the same settings on the same image the results are the same. Is there a chance to save the image if the result deviates from the expectation to have a look at it?
