These tasks await you:

  • You are driving things forward and want to not only maintain but also further develop our exciting, future-oriented software library Common Vision Blox (CVB). CVB is a leading software product for industrial image processing with a focus on high-performance image acquisition and image analysis with tools from the field of machine learning. Help shape the future of CVB with your ideas!

  • You will have an overview of the big picture and be able to connect with the needs of users. As a result, you will design software that is not only efficient to develop, but also high quality and appealing to users.

  • You feel comfortable in a role that provides technical guidance to our developers in projects following the Scrum framework. At the same time, you take responsibility for the achievement of sprint goals and the quality of the results.

  • You appreciate a multi-faceted job and enjoy working on new ambitious products and projects where you can contribute your expertise.

This distinguishes you:

  • After studying computer science or mathematics, you have gained many years of experience in programming - especially with modern C++, C# and Python - and as a software architect.

  • You are a thought leader in the field of software development and continuously expand your knowledge in this area.

  • You appreciate working in a motivated team. You enjoy working constructively with experienced colleagues and you look forward to supporting less experienced employees.

  • You can express yourself confidently both orally and in writing in German and English.

  • Knowledge of image processing and team management is an advantage, but not a requirement.
