# CVGenApiGrid : How to change the font size?

Do you know how increase size of text (font size) of your CVGenApiGrid component?

Hi @Bviaron, this is not supported directly via a Property. The _CVGenApi Grid ActiveX control_ uses the system’s default font size.

Thus changing the system’s font size also increases the fonts in the grid (after the app was restarted).

Hi @parsd, thanks for your quick answer.  
So now, I imagine I need to go to the Control Panel of Windows and change the default font size, right ?

Yes, that should do the trick. But then of course all fonts are larger…
