Hello,

I am using the C-Style API to handle the C5 (and C6) camera from Automation Technology.

I wanted to add a mechanism to catch the `AcquisitionEnd` event, which occurs when the camera is triggered to deliver the image. However, I couldn’t see the timestamp associated with this event being updated in Common Vision Blox (or GenICam Browser), and I couldn’t catch it using the `NRegisterUpdate` callback available in `iCVGenApi.h`.

Am I doing something wrong? Do you have any advice on how to detect this event, or another one that could capture this camera stop caused by a trigger?

Thank you!

Hi @Aytoo,

sorry for the late response. I just checked that events work fine in CVB. Please check that you activated (switched the event to on). Note that this is maybe not persistent after closing the device.
Furthermore you can check if the event is actually sent using wireshark,
Please contact our support [de.support@stemmer-imaging.com](mailto:de.support@stemmer-imaging.com) if the problem persists
